High Intensity Training

High Intensive Training is designed exercise experience that combines cardio equipment with compound exercises, weighted and bodyweight, to result in highly effective and efficient workouts. The focus is on moving better and experiences here are designed around:

  • ​Aerobic – Repeatable effort, pacing, heart rate
  • Strength – Time under tension, control, posture, lifting heavy
  • Sprint – All-out effort, resting enough to maintain effort
  • Team – Communication, teamwork, sweating for each other
